What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard stocked products, MOQ starts from as low as 10-50 pieces depending on the product type. For custom or drawing-based manufacturing, MOQ varies by complexity -- typically 50-500 pieces. We support both small batch sampling and large-volume production. Contact us with your specific requirements for a precise answer.
Are your products compatible with Swagelok and Parker fittings?
Yes. Our double ferrule tube fittings, instrumentation valves, and high-pressure fittings are manufactured to be dimensionally compatible with Swagelok and Parker Instrumentation series. We can provide technical drawings and dimensional comparison sheets. For critical applications, we recommend requesting a sample set for validation before bulk procurement.
What materials are available for fittings and valves?
Standard materials include 316 Stainless Steel, 316L Stainless Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel (2205), Carbon Steel, and Brass. Special alloys such as Monel, Hastelloy, and Inconel can be produced based on project requirements. Material test certificates (MTC 3.1) and chemical analysis reports are available.
Can you provide OEM or private label manufacturing?
Yes. We provide full OEM and private label manufacturing services including custom branding, packaging, and documentation under your company name. We regularly manufacture components for equipment manufacturers and industrial distributors across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. NDA agreements are available before sharing proprietary drawings.
What certifications and documentation can you provide?
We can provide ISO 9001 quality certificates, material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2), pressure test reports, dimensional inspection reports, chemical analysis reports, and product compliance documentation. For EPC and oil & gas projects, we can also prepare full ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) documentation. Please specify your documentation requirements when submitting an inquiry.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Lead times depend on product type, quantity, and current production schedule. Standard catalog products typically ship within 3-15 business days. Custom or drawing-based orders typically require 4-8 weeks from order confirmation. We provide firm lead time commitments in our order acknowledgments and keep you updated throughout production.
How do I request a quote or product samples?
